Buckle in Casper, WY is seeking a Store Leadership professional in a full-time, on-site role. The Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager share responsibilities to drive sales, train Teammates, supervise operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to build guest relationships, recruit new teammates, and motivate the team while maintaining Buckle's standards and policies.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail leadership and guest services.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Teammates.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
