Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to lead with a focus on customer service, merchandising, and daily store operations. The role involves training Teammates, recruiting new talent, and stepping in as Store Manager when needed.

You will work onsite at Buckle stores in the United States, partnering with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, maintain visual standards, and uphold Buckle's policies and guest experience standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Buckle’s mission by delivering sales, merchandising and operational tasks,”
• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence
• Recruit new Teammates and develop sales performance with leadership guidance
• Lead by example with showmanship and legendary guest service
• Maintain store standards with security, POS procedures, and guest satisfaction
