Buckle seeks an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team, leads sales initiatives, and coordinates training for Teammates.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring excellent customer service across the sales floor, fitting room, and checkout areas, with opportunities to advance within Buckle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to train and coach Teammates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to drive sales.
• Lead and motivate Teammates; assist in recruiting and training.
• Manage store operations and uphold Buckle standards.
• Communicate policies, promotions and loss prevention practices clearly.
