Job summary

Buckle in Casper, WY is seeking a Management Trainee to support store leadership and develop skills in sales, merchandising, and operations. You will work with the Store Manager to learn recruiting, training, and leadership, and may act as Store Manager in their absence.

You will gain experience across guest service, visual merchandising, stock, and daily store routines, with a path to Store Manager. This is a full-time on-site role with diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service duties including greeting guests, answering questions, and recommending merchandise.
• Develop leadership and coaching skills through recruiting, training and facilitating Teammate development.
• Operate and maintain store standards, inventory, and visual merchandising to meet Buckle’s mission.
