The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to uphold our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will lead sales, merchandising, training, and daily store operations alongside the Store Manager and Leadership Team. Responsibilities include guest service, recruiting Teammates, coaching, and ensuring adherence to policies while driving performance and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Extensive guest service and sales expertise with a focus on creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Ability to train and develop Teammates, and to lead in a store environment.
• Experience supporting store operations, merchandising, and loss-prevention procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, drive sales, and provide legendary service across all store areas.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; lead in absence of Store Manager.
• Oversee visual merchandising, planograms, and zone ownership to optimize display quality.
