Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training/Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will handle sales, merchandising, and daily operations while training Teammates and developing leadership capabilities.

The role emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, and teamwork to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. This is a full-time, on-site position aimed at developing future store leaders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities
