Job summary

Buckle in Billings, MT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training and Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and train teammates, and ensure outstanding guest experiences across all touchpoints.

The role includes sharing responsibility for training, coaching, and stepping in as Store Manager when needed, while upholding Buckle's standards in merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership and guest service duties including sales and training.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Manage operations: merchandising, floor sets, and loss prevention awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Teammates to deliver legendary service.
• Achieve sales and loyalty goals through effective coaching.
• Oversee daily store operations: checkout, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new teammates; succession planning.
• Maintain visual standards and assist in training with leadership playbooks.
