Job summary

Buckle in Cheyenne, WY is looking for an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and operations, including training Teammates and stepping in as Store Manager when needed.

You will lead by example in sales, guest service, and store operations, recruit and develop teammates, and drive performance across the four zones of the sale floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and assist with sales and product knowledge.
• Lead, train, and motivate Teammates; coach on the floor and in training.
• Assist Store Manager in recruitment, development, and store operations.
