Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver consistent customer experiences. You will be a front-line leader, driving brand standards and store performance.

You will hire, train, coach, and motivate the team, while managing daily operations, opening/closing routines, and ensuring safety and policy adherence. This role requires flexibility for peak days and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and customer experience in retail.
• Experience in supervisory roles in a retail setting.
• Ability to maintain customer-first service.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform store duties.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent.
• Assume Manager on Duty duties as scheduled.
• Lead sales initiatives with the Store Manager and Sales Leadership Team.
