Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a proactive Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences. You will lead a team, drive sales results, and uphold brand standards in a dynamic retail environment.

You will coach, motivate, and provide feedback to associates, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and store presentation while adapting to peak hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
