You will lead a customer-first selling culture, coach team members, and execute store operations to drive growth while maintaining brand standards and safety. This role requires flexible availability and a passion for helping customers feel good.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to coach others.
• Flexible, with availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead store operations as needed to support customer experience.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to drive action plans and results.
• Execute opening/closing routines including cash handling and shipments.
• Set daily goals and provide performance feedback to the team.
• Model selling behaviors and provide product knowledge to customers.
