Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to work with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across the store. Our store leaders are frontline, brand ambassadors who thrive on connections with customers.

The role focuses on coaching, performance feedback, and driving sales while maintaining a safe, engaging shopping environment and supporting peak business periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, open to feedback, and adaptability.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and disseminate company directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
