Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Store Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager, develop outstanding associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive store growth. You will lead, coach and motivate a team, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and brand standards are maintained.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and customer-focused selling in a fast-paced retail environment. Peak days and varied shifts, including evenings and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead opening/closing routines and bank deposits.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to improve results and execute operations.
• Provide coaching to associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and recommendations.
