Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to foster selling culture.
• Effective communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations.
• Willingness to work peak days/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to handle customer issues and operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to implement action plans and drive results.
• Perform opening and closing routines including banking, shipments, and directives.
• Set daily shift direction and goals.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with strong product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates.
