Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Columbus, OH to partner with the Store Manager in developing associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help drive growth, lead store operations, and ensure a selling culture that aligns with our brand guidelines.

The role requires previous retail leadership, strong coaching skills, and the ability to manage daily store activities, payroll, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a manager role, preferably in retail.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Strong communication and adaptability to feedback.
• Capable of in-the-moment coaching with associates.

Responsabilités

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, goals, and accountability.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and store issues.
• Lead with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operations.
• Ensure floorset direction and product storytelling are delivered effectively.
• Perform opening/closing routines, banking, and shipment processing.
• Set daily directions and goals for the team upon shift start.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
