Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Store Supervisor in Columbus, OH to partner with the Store Manager in developing associates, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving growth across the store. You will lead sales, coaching, and daily operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer journey.

The role requires experience in retail supervision, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Leadership tasks including acting as Manager on Duty, when scheduled.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and improve results.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and receipts.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Provide performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Build genuine connections with customers through needs-based recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain store appearance.
