• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring of associates.
• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders and meeting customer and business needs.
• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; Touring stores and providing feedback.
• Models exceptional customer service by following the One Best Way service model and resolving customer issues.
• Ensures compliance with policies and drives store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Promotes a culture of belonging and integrity, communicating company direction and operating changes clearly.
• Supports benefits programs and employee development initiatives such as Live Better U and Walmart Academy.
