Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses; ensure effective merchandising and operations.
• Supervise hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, assign duties, and promote a sense of belonging.
• Ensure policy compliance, Open Door Policy, and ethical standards across processes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders; communicate goals, measure progress, and drive continuous learning.
