Job summary

You will lead teams, promote a culture of belonging, model exceptional service per the OBW framework, and drive store initiatives, with accountability for customer experience and operational performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing performance.
• Lead and develop teams by communicating expectations, giving feedback, and driving store operations and change initiatives.
• Ensure excellent customer service by applying Walmart OBW standards and resolving customer issues promptly.
• Monitor and improve financial performance by reviewing store P&L, budgeting, and controlling expenses in alignment with sales goals.
