Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations on the sales floor and support affiliated entities in fulfilling the mission to end unemployment. You will oversee people leadership, inventory control, donor/customer service, and store performance, traveling to other GCNA locations as needed.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plans to meet income and sales targets.
• Monitors product levels and inventory to support budgets.
• Manages payroll and operating costs to stay on budget.
• Ensures excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• De-escalates customer situations and resolves issues.
• Maintains clean, well-kept stores reflecting the Goodwill brand.
