Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Operations Leader to manage daily retail floor activities, drive sales, and lead staff across multiple locations. You will oversee operations, customer service, and donations processing while upholding Goodwill’s mission and core values.

The role requires at least one year of retail management and customer service experience, with proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to travel between GCNA locations for staffing and training.

Qualifications

• One-year retail management experience required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Leads day-to-day operations of the sales floor and ensures staff are trained and performing responsibilities.
• Travel to other GCNA locations to assist stores and attend training sessions.
