Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager to lead the sales floor, drive daily operations, and achieve set sales goals for GCNA and its affiliates. You will direct a team of Retail Sales Associates, mentor staff, and ensure excellent donor and customer service while maintaining the Goodwill brand standards.

The role requires at least one year in retail management and customer service, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to pass background and drug checks.

Competenze

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of the sales floor and lead the team to meet sales goals.
• Direct staffing, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure store presents Goodwill brand and cleanliness.
• Handle complex sales transactions and returns.
• Coordinate with leadership on store-wide initiatives.
