Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations of the sales floor at a GCNA retail store in Wickenburg. You will manage people, customer service, inventory, donations, and store performance to fund our mission of ending unemployment.

The role requires at least one year in retail management and customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to travel to other GCNA locations for training and coverage.

Qualifications

• One year of retail management experience is required.
• One year of customer service experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Able to read and speak English proficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute retail operations plans to meet income and production targets.
• Manage payroll and operating costs within budget.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• De-escalate issues and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to Goodwill branding.
• Travel to other GCNA locations for coverage and training.
