Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching and training of associates.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support company training and development initiatives.
• Provide timely, objective feedback to staff.
• Assess performance and contribute to annual reviews.
• Motivate staff to build brand loyalty and a positive store environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Represent the company professionally to customers and colleagues.
• Assist management in boosting productivity through operations and product knowledge.
• Participate in Leader on Duty (LOD) to drive store profitability and manage payroll.
• Process payroll weekly.
• Modify schedules based on business needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and enforce store policies.
• Ensure CRE standards and safety compliance.
