Job summary

The Children’s Place in Livermore, CA is seeking a Part Time Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap, opening/closing duties and Leader on Duty responsibilities.

You will train and coach associates, uphold brand standards, drive customer engagement, and help maximize store profitability while maintaining a positive, organized environment and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching conversations.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support company training and development initiatives.
• Provide timely, objective feedback daily and at reviews.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and a positive store environment.
• Model exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Support management to maximize productivity through knowledge and initiatives.
• Participate in Leader on Duty to drive profitability and payroll processes.
• Process payroll weekly and modify schedules as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and adhere to CRE standards.
