Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This role oversees scheduling, training, and performance, while maintaining policy compliance and a positive team culture.

You will work under the Store Manager to ensure KPIs are met, create an engaging store atmosphere, and mentor staff through LIDS Training Programs. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and follow up.
• Administer the progressive steps of discipline including verbal and written warnings.
• Engage team by creating a fun and productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines including safekeeping of inventory and funds.
• Other duties as assigned.
