Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Retail Associate Manager in Meridian, Idaho. This role centers on representing the T-Mobile brand, delivering exceptional customer service, driving profitability, and coaching the team to reach targets.

In this development position, you will be groomed to become a Retail Store Manager, partnering with the RSM on talent recruitment, training, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1-2 years of management experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to relocate within assigned market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must be able to stand long hours (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
• Must be able to move and/or lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for store in absence of RSM, handling sales, operations and people processes.
• Assist with recruiting and coaching to build a high-performing team.
• Coach and guide sales team to meet monthly goals.
• Participate in store meetings for launches and updates.
• Support local store marketing initiatives to attract new business.
• Manage back-end processes and customer-facing initiatives to ensure audit compliance.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and planogram resets.
• Assist with all store functions per Wireless Vision policies.
• Handle daily/store-level inventory and cash management.
