Job summary

Wireless Vision is hiring a Retail Associate Manager to represent the T-Mobile brand at a Phoenix, AZ location. You will drive sales, motivate the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing store operations and profitability.

This development role prepares you for a future Retail Store Manager position, with responsibilities ranging from staff coaching to achievement of monthly goals and store performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1-2 years of management experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to relocate within assigned market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must stand for up to 9 hours and lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as RAM and act as RSM in the absence of the RSM.
• Coach and develop team to build a high-performing store.
• Drive sales results and improve customer experience.
• Plan and execute store meetings for launches and updates.
• Help execute local store marketing initiatives.
• Ensure store compliance with policies and merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and other store metrics.
