Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Retail Associate Manager in Atlanta to lead sales, motivate the team, and elevate customer experience. You will represent the T-Mobile brand, partner with the RSM, and drive store profitability while ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

This development role prepares you for a future Retail Store Manager position, with responsibilities spanning hiring support, coaching, store meetings, and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• 1-2 years of management experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to relocate to any store within assigned market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours).
• Must be able to move and/or lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results and profitability for the store.
• Motivate and develop the store team to meet monthly goals.
• Represent the brand and ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations and assist with merchandising.
• Plan and execute store meetings and launches.
• Support local store marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Maintain store appearance, compliance, and audit standards.
• Handle inventory management and cash handling.
• Support RSM and assume duties in their absence.
