Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Retail Associate Manager in Minneapolis, MN to lead a sales team and ensure top customer experience. You will represent the T-Mobile brand, drive profitability, and coordinate store operations.

You will work with the RSM to recruit and develop staff, plan store meetings, and implement local marketing initiatives to grow business. This role is a development path toward a Retail Store Manager position.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for store in the absence of the RSM; manages sales, operations and people processes.
• Partner with RSM to recruit talent and coach team members to build a high performing team.
• Coach with integrity to guide sales team toward monthly goals.
• Plan and execute store meetings for launches and updates.
