Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and ensure 100% policy compliance. You will provide leadership and training to staff, and step in for Store/Assistant Managers as needed to run all aspects of the store.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience, managing POS activities, inventory controls, merchandising and shift scheduling. Both full-time and part-time candidates may qualify, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced retail
