Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a store operations associate in Woodridge, IL to help run daily activities, coordinate crew assignments, and ensure safety and customer service excellence at the point of sale and donation areas.

Responsibilities include directing tasks, maintaining coverage, monitoring quality, and addressing concerns promptly while representing Goodwill in the community and adhering to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification may be required at site.
• Retail or production environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs a variety of tasks including break schedules and daily production goals.
• Ensure adequate coverage at POS and in donations.
• Monitor and assist with production quality standards and team goals.
• Serve as a service experience leader (SEL).
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment and enforce safety practices.
• Communicate and implement policies and report concerns to leadership.
• Address employee and customer concerns promptly.
• Assist in resolving safety/security concerns and other duties as assigned.
