Job summary

Total Wine & More in California is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, drive sales, and build a service culture focused on best-class experiences for customers. You will report to store management and help lead front-end operations, merchandising, and training to achieve key performance metrics.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, enhancing product knowledge, coaching peers, and complying with all relevant alcohol regulations while maintaining a welcoming, high-performing store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
