Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor in Santa Rosa, CA to support the management team, enhance our brand, and deliver best-in-class service. You will lead by example, mentor staff, and ensure compliant store operations while driving sales in a welcoming environment.

You will also supervise and train team members, resolve customer issues, and maintain safety and store standards while working evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Supervise staff and support training and development.
• Ensure compliance with all laws related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
