Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture for our customers in a dynamic retail environment. You will lead by example, supervise team members, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while driving KPI performance.

You will train staff, develop product knowledge, manage front-end operations, and assist in merchandising. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and a commitment to excellent customer

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1-3 years supervisory experience in retail.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Must be 21 years of age or older and able to stand 8-10 hours.

Responsibilities

Lead service team and support front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
Support training and ongoing development of team members.
Foster a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere and resolve customer issues.
Perform merchandising and other store operations duties as needed.
