Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs a variety of tasks including break schedules, production processes, and end-of-day recovery.
• Ensure adequate coverage at POS and in donations.
• Monitor and assist with production quality; help the team meet goals.
• Serve as a service experience leader (SEL).
• Maintain a safe and orderly environment; ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Communicate and implement policies; report concerns to leadership.
• Resolve employee and customer concerns promptly.
• Address safety/security concerns in a timely manner.
