The position focuses on developing the retail team to deliver customer-focused service and strong sales outcomes across daily operations. Your coaching and product knowledge will drive performance, customer satisfaction, and store efficiency.

You will lead staff through training, merchandising, and adherence to procedures, while managing cost controls and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong coaching and leadership capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance
• Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards
• Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives
• Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination
• Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
