The role includes guiding customer service, handling POS transactions, inventory control, merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and meeting sales objectives.

Responsabilités

• supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure 100% policy compliance.
• Provide leadership and training to store staff under Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager guidance.
• Oversee customer service, POS transactions, discounts and refunds, loyalty, and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain inventory control including shipping/receiving, price changes, markdowns, and physical inventory.
• Lead visual merchandising and floor presentation to meet company standards.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, time/attendance, and payroll budget compliance.
• Train and develop direct reports; enforce customer service standards.
• Support loss prevention and protect company assets; understand daily operations.
