Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Richmond, VA is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandising, pricing, and customer service. You will support the GSM/DM in achieving sales, margins, inventory goals, and staff development while maintaining a positive, service-oriented environment.

This role requires 2–4 years in retail and supervisory experience is a plus. Expect a dynamic day with product demos, events, and ongoing product knowledge training, ensuring a legendary customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates.
• Maintain merchandising directives and planograms.
• Staff the department and coordinate training and scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Promote store programs (CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pick-up).
• Lead by example and uphold company policies and safety standards.
