Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates and support sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards, price accuracy, and planograms.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and coaching to improve customer service.
• Resolve customer issues with GSM/DM HR input and ensure a positive team environment.
• Provide product knowledge and lead staff demonstrations.
