Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide associates in daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and customer service. You will ensure excellent service and execute corporate directives while maintaining product knowledge and staff performance.

You will participate in interviewing, training, and scheduling, and help create a positive, productive team environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales or similar.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department staff daily to meet sales, inventory, and customer service goals.
• Executes merchandising directives and maintains plan-o-grams.
• Staff scheduling and coaching for a positive, service-oriented environment.
• Assist in interviews and training, respond to issues with HR.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and UPC integrity for advertised items.
