Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, stocking, and customer service. You will support the GSM/DM in achieving sales and payroll goals and help staff the department with service-oriented team members.

You will maintain planograms, conduct product demos, and coordinate events while upholding company policies and a positive work environment. Experience in retail supervision is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily direction to department associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist in achieving department sales, gross margin, and payroll goals.
• Maintain plan-o-grams, top 25 items, and in-store pricing directives.
• Staff the department with service-oriented associates and coordinate trainings.
• Conduct interviews, schedule weekly work, and motivate the team.
• Provide legendary customer service and product demonstrations to staff.
• Coordinate special events and ensure pricing and UPC integrity.
