Job summary

New Balance is seeking a full-time Retail Team Lead for our Florida store to open/close the shop, drive results, and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will lead by example through our core competencies and team development on the sales floor in Silver Sands, FL.

The role requires prior retail supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift moderate weights and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business.
• Ability to lift boxes and products up to 50 lbs with assistance and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates.
• Drive results by training and developing team to hit store KPIs.
• Assist/lead store merchandising and guest experience using the company model.
• Open/close the store and manage inventory and store procedures.
• Involve in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Follow safety and reporting regulations and proper lifting procedures.
