Responsibilities include merchandising, guest service, operations, and involvement in recruiting. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable leadership in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates.
• Achieve store KPIs through training and development of staff.
• Assist/Lead store merchandising and guest service delivery.
• Open/close the store and manage inventory and procedures.
• Involved in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Follow safety and reporting regulations, including lifting procedures.
