New Balance in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Retail Team Lead to join our store leadership team. This full-time role opens and closes the store, drives results, oversees daily operations, and delivers a world-class guest experience.

You will coach and develop associates, assist with scheduling, participate in hiring, and ensure safety procedures are followed. Strong customer service and communication are essential; willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2 years’ retail supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsabilidades

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor while coaching associates
• Be results driven in achieving store KPIs through training and development
• Assist store manager in creating the schedule and leading floor moves
• Deliver a great guest experience using the GUEST service model
• Maintain operational readiness including opening/closing, inventory control
• Involved in recruiting/interviewing/hiring top talent
• Follow safety and reporting regulations
