Job summary

New Balance is seeking a full-time Retail Team Lead at Suburban Square, PA. You will open/close the store, deliver a world-class guest experience, and coach a team to hit store KPIs while upholding New Balance’s Core Competencies.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, assist with scheduling, training, and hiring, and ensure safety and operational procedures are followed. Experience leading retail teams and strong communication are required for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, stand for extended periods, and perform store floor duties

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates professionally
• Drive results by achieving store KPIs through training and development
• Assist in creating the schedule and lead floor moves
• Deliver a great guest experience using the GUEST service model
• Maintain operational procedures, opening/closing the store and inventory control
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing and hiring top talent
• Follow safety and reporting regulations including proper lifting procedures
