Job summary

New Balance is seeking a Retail Team Lead in the Philadelphia Premium area to supervise and develop a high-performing sales team. Lead by example on the floor, coach coworkers, and ensure exceptional guest service while meeting store KPIs.

Responsibilities include scheduling, floor moves, inventory control, and adherence to safety procedures. Prior retail leadership experience and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates.
• Drive results by training and developing the team to meet KPIs.
• Assist store manager with scheduling and floor moves.
• Deliver a world-class guest experience using our service model.
• Maintain operational standards, inventory control, and procedures.
• Involve in recruiting and interviewing top talent.
• Follow safety regulations and reporting requirements.
