O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role will lead the team in servicing customers and manage the store during the manager's absence or opposing shifts.

You will supervise staff during peak hours, coach team members, and ensure all processes are followed, including returns, transfers, and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training.
• Required: Assistant Manager Certification.
• Required: RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and execute programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Assist the store manager in staffing, coaching, and setting team goals to ensure training is current.
