Qualifications
- Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification on file.

Responsibilities
- Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise showroom customer service and programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
- Ensure adequate staffing at peak hours and manage scheduling.
- Assist store manager with goal setting, coaching, and training updates for team members.
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
