Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience in retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with the execution of daily operations of a retail store.
• Manage general operations including merchandising, pricing and inventory.
• Provide sales reports and timely retail information.
• Oversee personnel and volunteers assigned to the store.
• Direct training and enforcement of store procedures and GIWM policies.
• Ensure safety, grounds, and building maintenance; support security and loss prevention.
• Perform duties of a Lead Cashier or Retail Associate as needed.
